Lost and Found

  Lost and Found Fall springs into action, Green leaves turn red and fall to ground  Abandoning the tree that gave them life Does the tree mourn and fear,  As its leaves leave for an unknown ground? An unknown world waits outside Do parents fear as children grow? We enter a world unknown A spider spins her web, does she fear the fate of her children? In silence now our world awaits a rebirth,  Of blood Water  fire The world shut out by curtains,  Locked doors,  Lives of anxious pain Does the fly weep when the spider eats her young? Do mothers, or childless mourn deeper? We grow up so impatiently, rushing to be adults Who knew what confusion lay on the road ahead Dreaming a new world, Reborn from the ashes of the old, In youthful energy we reachout  We burn  We yearn to learn The scars fade Some keep walking others turn aside Do our mothers fear?  As we walk to blinding light A road unmapped  We seek to find a way We lose our path, W...
